The staff is super friendly, helpful and nice. They will do anything to make sure you have a pleasant time. We arrived at 4 am, it was cold and raining and we were provided with blankets and heater and made comfortable before check in. The whole place is modern and very clean. Great rooms with nice bathrooms. Big reception with lots of seating. Nice breakfast included in the price. Free bicycles. It's quiet but not far from the town where you can find restaurants, cafes etc...This is the best hotel we've stayed at in Vietnam. And Tam Coc is a beautiful place to cycle around. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

I have been backpacking in Vietnam for last two weeks and this is the best stay experience I had so far. This is a homestay run by a family and the host lady is amazing. Every time you see her, she would greet you with a big smile and ask for free coffee. She even offered free coffee to my friends who visited me there. Although, she doesn’t speak English but is always there with Google translate to help you out. This host goes way and beyond to help you with anything you need. She even drove me to the bank to exchange a damaged 500.000 note I got from the ATM and was returning the money for the second day as I was leaving in the evening. And not to mention, she has two lovely kids who will offer you candies with a smile. Lastly, she asked me to cancel my grab booking and dropped me to the bus stop. This kinda experience restores your faith in people and makes you think that kindness still hasn’t left this earth. Kudos to all the efforts she is putting in running this homestay. I wish her all the best!

We stayed as a group and booked four rooms. The hosts took great care of us, were very relaxed, and even let us use the kitchen and enjoy the pool late into the evening. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, which made our stay very comfortable.

It’s very relaxing and beautiful!! After going around in Ninh Binh, I fell it’s really the best place to stay. Food is also wonderful, my favorite is goat hotpot and deep fried spring rolls. All food is much better than the restaurant we tried in the other restaurants with good ratings at busy streets nearby.

We had a wonderful experience at this homestay. Ray was very kind and helpful. He gave us great recommendations for the local area and helped us to book our transport to Hoi An. Ray’s Mum made us breakfast each morning and it was very tasty! The room was clean and very spacious. The area was peaceful and there were restaurants only short distances away. Overall we would highly recommend staying here! Thanks again to Ray and his family for a lovely time!

The hosts were very kind and helpful throughout our stay, although communication was a bit challenging. They are learning English and even invited us to dinner one evening with them to help practice! They made the tastiest spring rolls in all of vietnam :) The facilities were clean, the wifi was good, the location was great, and we were able to rent a motorbike from the hosts for our few days there.

What an amazing, peaceful stay! Really glad I booked here. Owners went above and beyond for us. The homecooked food was great 👍 I enjoyed this because it was away from the centre where much action happens. I would definitely stay here again! They also have the coolest dog, Bom!! Firm, yet comfy beds. The rooster did not bother us!
