The property is non-smoking and is situated 12 km from Bendigo Stadium. Wow, wow, wow! This little property deceived me from the outside. We stepped inside the door and everything was perfect. So well fitted out and the decor was delightful with every creature comfort including books, magazines, and board games. A delicious continental breakfast was provided, and they had thought of everything right down to a little container of stewed fruit. We will definitely be back. Thank you :)

At the guest house, each unit is fitted with bed linen and towels. Bed was comfy, facilities were clean and complete. Hosts were very lovely too! Enjoyed the stay.

As an added convenience, River Gardens Axedale Pet Friendly Farmstay B&B offers packed lunches for guests to bring on excursions and other trips off-property. We felt so welcome and at home. The gardens were beautiful and great to explore. The kids loved being able to explore the farm, feed the animals, collect eggs and see lots of baby animals. Our dog also had a great time, he lived out his dream as a farm dog and was well cared for too. The breakfast provided was also delicious.

My friend and I were looking for a relaxing getaway to catch up and read. The Rosebank was the perfect location to relax, read, and walk or drive into town or a winery when we wanted to be out and about.

Yet only a gentle 15-minute walk let us experience the most exquisite dining experience without needing to drive to the AVA restaurant. The accommodation, along with the restaurant, should both be regarded as Michelin hat/ star quality. Will definitely be rebooking in the future.
