Offering a restaurant with a terrace, Ferienwohnungen Zurschmitten is located in the car-free village of Riederalp, 400 metres from the Hohfluh Ski Lift. We stayed at Zurschmitten for a weekend of skiing in the Aletsch Arena. We were welcomed warmly, and stayed in a newly refurbished apartment, which had all we needed and more. The coffee machine and the fact that there is an inhouse bakery for fresh bread were the best. :) The views are stunning, the owners very kind and helpful. The location is great as it lies directly next to the Riederalp Gondola station (Mitte) so no need to haul around with one's luggage for too long. We will be back.

Charming family run boutique hotel in the heart of Bettmeralp. Very welcoming and attentive owners and staff. Easy walk from the cableway. Excellent restaurant- but be sure to make reservations as it was completely full both nights we stayed.

Located 6.4 km from Luftseilbahn Fürgangen-Bellwald, 8.5 km from Aletsch Arena and 25 km from Villa Cassel, BnB Chez Pia features accommodation situated in Ernen. The host was very kind and welcoming. The suite was beautiful and the kitchen very well appointed. The breakfast was AMAZING! The village is super cute and a green location for the first stage of the via Rhona (and great bike storage)
