There is a large communal kitchen. There is a washer and dryer, but i couldn’t find any where to hang my laundry. The back yard was huge with loungers and tables. There are a few restaurants and a grocery store near by, just be aware that if you are here on a Sunday, there is only 1 restaurant available and grocery store is closed.
