Valence is 12 km from the bed and breakfast. The nearest airport is Grenoble - Isère Airport, 76 km from the property. Wonderful hosts who go out of their way to help with everything! Very kind allowing us to check in early with our baby. No problem to store baby food in the fridge. Let us park our car full of luggage behind the gates in the drive. Beautiful rooms and bathrooms , all extremely clean and comfy beds. Baby bed supplied too. The breakfast was amazing. Creperie for dinner 5 min walk. They both seem to work extremely hard and provide all the extras. We feel they should charge more money, in comparison to our other overnight stops which were more expensive and didn't provide the same service. We would have happily paid 100 euros for everything that was provided. Thank you very much.

La myrtilleraie

Providing mountain views, La myrtilleraie in Péreyres offers accommodation and a garden. Free WiFi is provided.

A continental breakfast is available daily at the property. The restaurant at the bed and breakfast specialises in Local cuisine. I found this chambre d’hote casually, while riding my motorbike in Ardeche natural park. What attracted me most was the description of the fairy rooms and the marvelous breakfast, which I found both. The bulding is in a small hamlet of 5/6 ancient typical houses, just close to the creek; there’s a quiet terrace facing the wooded landscape. You can park your transport easily in the yard. The inside is in a very countryside style, with stones and wood in sight; everything is very clean and tidy. The room is a bijoux: one is in the tone of lavander and one is crimson. The privat bathroom is fancy and comfortable with a big palate in the shower. You con hear the stream of the water close by. The dinner and the brunch were simple but very cured , based on local products; they are served on a huge wooden table in a familiar set up; the kitchen is on sight. This helps to chat with the owner: although some language limitations for the two of us (I’m not good at french), we nicely spoke about the history of the area and the path of his family settled there years before, dealing with the problems of a small isolated community. All this drinking local wine and spirits he offered me. In conclusion this is a place worth staying for some days to escape from out chaotic life for some days: in the room you can even find a book containing the playbills af all the events in the area. They have a perfectly working WiFi. Late check in at night.
