The property has been recently renovated in a way that was sympathetic with its age but at the same time tasteful and now. Our room contained original stone walls as well as a waxed natural wooden headboard. The bathroom was tiled in marble with matching marble basins. The bed was comfortable, the pillows so soft and the duvet light as a feather. We have never slept better.

The bed was comfy and we had access to a guests living room which was lovely. Breakfast was delicious but sadly we didn’t get to join the family for dinner as they were all sick 🤧😢
