It was amazing! Our hosts were so friendly and accommodating, above and beyond our expectations. The breakfast in the morning had some delicious homemade jellies that they personally made. They do offer dinner for an add on, highly recommended, best dinner I’ve had in France so far. It was fresh, local, not a heavy meal but very fulfilling.

You can walk from la Sauvagine to the slopes or take la navette down the road. The hosts are really nice, and go over the hedge tomake you feel confortable.

Le grand chalet is set in Valdeblore, 70 km from Nice. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. All rooms have a south-facing balcony. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom. The owners were very nice and the room has an amazing views of the mountains

Les chambres du Presbytère du Val is a guest house located in the centre of the medieval village of Valdeblore Saint-Dalmas. Free WiFi access is available. Our host was kindness itself, and could not have been more helpful and considerate - and was willing to speak with us in French, instead of switching into English the moment we hesitated, as so many people do (this is actually rather rude). Our room was comfortable and spacious, and the building had great character.
