The room was exceptionally well appointed and the large freestanding tub was a perfect way to end a long overnight flight and travel day. Very clean, lots of fluffy towels, self-service coffee and tea through the day very appreciated while adjusting to new time zone. Delicious and filling breakfast. Short drive to Giverny to visit Monet’s house and gardens. A most pleasant and quiet stay. As an Airbnb and Vrbo host myself, I give this lovely chambers d’hote (small guest hotel) my highest recommendation.

The private shower room and toilet was a good size. saw some negative comments ts about it not being en-suite but not a problem as it’s very private. everything was immaculately well presented and clean. the village only has a few amenities- we were there in august and the local restaowsd closed. there is a small supermarket and on a Friday night there is a pizza van. I can’t Mark the location. as it had everything we needed
