Everything. Bedroom was lovely, bed was comfy and the restaurant food was excellent.

This recently renovated bed and breakfast is located 300 metres from Chester Racecourse and 6.3 km from Chester Zoo. The bed and breakfast features family rooms. Clean, comfortable and friendly. The landlady, Shaz, lives on site in Room 1 and was friendly, bubbly and chatty. We arranged to drop off our bags early and Shaz and her son were busy getting our rooms ready when we arrived. There were lovely little welcome treats in our rooms and they were spotlessly clean. There is one shared bath/shower and toilet room and a separate shared toilet room for all 4 rooms. There is also a well stocked communal kitchen and sitting area.

At Alvanley Arms, Cotebrook every room is equipped with a desk and a flat-screen TV. It was welcoming and cosy, room was lovely and nice hot shower . We are in the middle of a house move so it was nice to relax in a little bit of luxury !

The little table and chairs outside is perfect for a glass of wine. Very comfy bed. Communicative owner.
