Some accommodation includes a balcony with garden views, a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom with walk-in shower. At the guest house, units are equipped with bed linen and towels. This is a big property with 10 rooms on the second floor. No lift. The ground floor has many spaces for large and small gatherings. I particularly enjoyed the glassed-in patio area for a morning coffee and a read. It is very quiet and feels like being in the country. Well-equipped kitchen. Also has several small areas to prepare food or coffee/tea. This would be a great place to have a family reunion and book the whole place.

Great location overlooking Harlyn Bay and on the bus route for the Atlantic Coastal service into Newquay and Padstow which was handy but also very quiet. The property was small, compact and very quaint with a lovely garden. Had all amenities and beds were comfy.

It’s in a great location, quiet beach on the doorstep. Can be busier in the weekend. Apartment was quaint and had all modern coms. It was in good condition and clean. Maria was absolutely brilliant, very welcoming. We forgot a toiletries bag and a blouse. With out hesitation this was send to our home address. Fantastic!

The apartment was warm, comfortable and spacious enough for the four of us. The kitchen was clean and well equipped. The apartment was in a great location in the centre of the town but was quiet and private. Having a parking space was extremely useful. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff really were welcoming and friendly - probably the nicest/most genuine welcome particularly Beth on the front desk. All staff greeted you as you go through hotel. Perfect location for Fistral Beach. On street parking free Bedroom felt clean Fresh fruits at breakfast time We got a relatively cheap bed and breakfast rate room via this site :)

My 3rd stay at The Pendennis so I must like it here! The ownership has changed since my last visit several years ago but the experience was as good as ever. Great location in a quiet street, and a comfy, cosy and homely house. The room was immaculate and the breakfasts were absolutely superb. Richard and Sarah are great hosts, very friendly and helpful. If the previous owners Russell and Hazel read this, fear not, The Pendennis is in VERY safe hands. I will be back!
