Lancaster Castle is 29 km away and Lancaster University is 38 km from the inn. Such a lovely cosy, comfortable and dog friendly place. The staff (Sean and Helen) were exceptionally kind and helpful. I was travelling with my brand new puppy and they made it so much easier for me. Can’t recommend this property enough and we will definitely be back.

The Stagecoach office is closed. Very professional and helpful owners. Well organized breakfast service. It's an old building so it has stairs and compact but comfortable rooms. Nice welcoming atmosphere. Has been extensively updated.

Nice & cozy place with warm & friendly staff that provides respite from the otherwise cold weather! Room is clean & location is close to supermarkets & restaurants. Although the building was built in 1882, the room amenities are quite modern.
