There are several nice restaurants and two Tesco Express shops nearby so finding a meal is no problem. The bed is very comfortable, the towels are lovely and thick and there is plenty of hot water for showering. Wifi worked well. The owner provides clear, thorough instructions so accessing the room is super easy.

Harlinger Lodge Annexe is located in the Greenwich district of London, 5.7 km from Blackheath station, 6.5 km from Greenwich Park and 8.2 km from Canary Wharf Underground Station. Gamal and Sally were excellent hosts and I felt at home for my week long stay. The room was tidy and well laid-out. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook meals and extra touches like sensor lighting in the common areas meant it was easy to make my way to my room when coming back late at night.
