She takes a special interest in every guest. The location is outstanding! We could walk the whole city easily from there and felt quite safe even after dark. Breakfast options were excellent and the parking plentiful.

Ashfield House has free private parking and is 9 miles from Skipton. beautiful old property, full of character. very comfortable bedroom. good quality bedding and towels, and spotlessly clean. In a perfect location in the centre of Grassington, with off street parking, and a lovely garden. Breakfast was delicious too. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

There is a bus stop outside of Ascot House, which has regular services to the city centre. York boasts many historical sites including Cliffords Tower, York Minster and the Medieval Walls. Breakfast was wonderful, the room was excellent, and the staff was lovely. The place totally exceeded my expectations and should I need to go there once more, I won't hesitate.
