It’s an easy 5 minute walk from the main bus station, making it an easy spot to travel in and out of Makarska. While it’s tucked away in a quiet corner, it’s only a short walk to great restaurants, stores and beaches. The adults-only hotel is beautifully renovated, and very charming. The rooms are spacious, well appointed, masterfully decorated, exceptionally clean and incredibly comfortable. The host, Dino, clearly took a lot of pride in crafting an oasis with this entire space. He, Yan Yan, and Eddie were welcoming and kind, and as a solo traveler I felt both safe and incredibly comfortable. I have to call out Yan Yan in particular for being especially thoughtful, professional and warm. He really helped set a positive tone at the start of every day with exceptional service at breakfast and throughly the day with thoughtful suggestions and recommendations. I can’t say enough about how wonderful he was - his energy was a cherry on top of an already lovely stay. I look forward to recommending Casa Columba to friends and family, and returning again one day!

This 4-star bed and breakfast offers a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage space. The property offers soundproof units and is set 1.6 km from Bacvice Beach. We really liked City & Style Lucury Rooms because it was beautifully decorated, everything was new and we had all facilities we needed. It was also close to old town. I really want to point out also great hosts Filip and Ivana. They have thought about all little details to make you feel welcomed and whatever questions we had they were so responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend!
