He was always available and helpful with recommendations for everything. The South Indian breakfast which was included in my booking was good. He gave great recommendations based on my preferences and time for what to do and where to eat. The AC and hot water were good. The room was clean.

Homemade breakfast was very delicious. There's a lovely big terrace to catch a breeze. Super convenient for the airport. I cannot thank Ani and his staff enough.

Towels were provided for all people. Hot water shower and bucket is there. Peaceful surroundings walking distance to south point marina. Owner is very soft spoken and always willing to help. Breakfast was arranged early as we requested because we had to take morning flight.
