Very clean, staff were amazing and very friendly. The room has air conditioning which is a must in the summer and the room and toilet are spacious.

The location was perfect, just steps from the beach and from the bars, restaurants and shopping.

We rented bikes from Superbikes in the Ortona Port and did the cycle track to see the Trabocchi Fishing platforms. A great easy flat ride. We stopped for a swim and then stopped for lunch at Trattoria Di Mare Il Frantoio for a simple and delicious lunch. In Ortona we walked around at castle at sunset which was beautiful. We had dinner at Tanam-Bé a local restaurant 7 minutes away. A busy and fun restaurant serving pizzas and local Abruzzo food.

Rooms and bathroom were very clean and beds were super comfortable. Very convenient location with many local restaurants around serving authentic Italian food. Please check with the owner if they can reserve a table for you in a restaurant nearby that is run by his family. We had excellent meal there! We only stayed one night I wish we could stay for longer!

For sleeping, It's quiet, the bed is very comfortable, The decor, furnishings, and bathroom, are all of the highest standards. The hosts Catia and Roberto make you feel at home, are very accommodating, and are just a text away if you need anything. I highly recommend Civico 250, and would not stay anywhere else when visiting Pescara. Italian hospitality at its finest.
