It is a simple setup, but clean and well furbished. It is centrally located so expect town noise until 1am every day, but that is unavoidable in Central Naples. At the end I want to mention the people; they are all worthy of a 5 star hotel

Toledo Boutique Rooms is set in the Spaccanapoli district of Naples, 2.9 km from Mappatella Beach, 1 km from Maschio Angioino and 1.1 km from Naples National Archeological Museum. Among the facilities at this property are a lift and full-day security, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The bed and breakfast has family rooms. We had a wonderful stay! The hospitality was exceptional, and the service was excellent throughout our visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and in a GREAT location. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. I highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again. Thank you so much for the excellent service.

Great location (centro storico). The room had an amazing view of the Duomo di Napoli and was very clean. The hosts were really nice and gave us the best information to get the most out of the city, they even helped us up with our big luggage. Also, the breakfast was delicious!

At the guest house, every unit includes bed linen and towels. Silia House is about 100m off via Teledo and a similar distance to the Toledo metro stop. Location is fantastic. Really central. Room was really well equipped, clean and modern. Shared coffee facilities were a great bonus. Access to the building was easy. Luigi the host supper friendly and helpful with really good English; communication on the phone and WhatsApp. His onsite team were super friendly and helpful albeit only spoke Italian which only added to the amazing experience.

The bed and breakfast offers mountain views, a seasonal outdoor pool, a 24-hour front desk, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. Everything was better than I imagined. The property is very beautiful, well-maintained, and clean. The room is spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is also very good. It is close to the main tourist attraction in the city and also to the station. I recommend it and would come back.

Bike hire and car hire are available at this bed and breakfast and the area is popular for walking tours. A baby safety gate is also available at the bed and breakfast, while guests can also relax in the garden. We booked a room with a sea view and it was amazing!!! Breakfast was super good and Massimo was super friendly and helpful. He gave us many useful tips to travel around. We stayed with a 1 year old baby and highly recommend this place for a family stay as everything was on point :-)

Place was super nice super clean but the best part was the staff “Stefania” even tho she didn’t speak English she always tried her best to show me what the best places are and where I should stop and visit I would definitely recommend this place just because how kind she was amazing staff and help me with everything I needed 10 out of 10 from the staff
