Once our flight was cancelled, and we were able to return and stay at the same place without any problem, which we truly appreciated. The room was comfortable, the bathroom both beautiful and functional, and the location perfect – close to great restaurants with delicious food. We are absolutely delighted with our experience and will gladly recommend this hotel to others!

She arranges self check in and check out with a fancy automated system. I really appreciated her assistance and local recommendations. The room was spotless and modern, and the AC worked perfectly. The property is about a 7 min walk up to the old town and about 6 min walk from the train station. Very convenient.

Great location for exploring Ascoli Piceno, easy to find and equipped with everything we needed. Clean and comfortable, with option of public parking in front of the house.

The host was very helpful, he offered us a ride to the Basilica and then to the train station for a small fee. This was very helpful as local transport and taxi is almost non existent.
