The property features garden views and is 32 km from Mendrisio Station and 38 km from Golf Club Monticello. Featuring a private entrance, the guest house allows guests to maintain their privacy. In Campagna is located in a very nice residential neighborhood. It is not in the country as its name implies. The host, Chiara, showed us to our room, explained the keys to the room door and the front gate, showed us our breakfast goodies in the fridge and on a table and generally made us feel very welcome. She spoke English very well. There is a small table to eat at in the room, as well as a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Pods of coffee are supplied and there are cellophane wrapped pastries. In the refrigerator there was yogurt, fruit juice, milk and space for our own food. The highlight was the container of two homemade pastries - a tart and a slice of cake. This was for breakfast the next morning. There were tables and comfortable chairs in the garden outside the room which we could use. After dark the trees in the garden were lit with strings of lights. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was supplied with nice towels, sachets of shower soap and a hairdryer. We enjoyed our one night stay at In Campagna. We would like to stay there again when we have more time to visit the lakes.
