The instructions were clear, rooms was clean and comfortable, really liked the location and the host, whilst not present, was very helpful replying to any questions :)

He was such a thoughtful host, he even stayed beyond the check-in time to ensure our safe arrival and seamless check-in. It was so easy to communicate with him. He was very responsive to all our queries. Do not miss out on his Mother's cake for breakfast! That was the highlight of our trip! It was our favourite Tuscan stay!

The property has inner courtyard views and is 1.1 km from Santa Maria Novella and 1.5 km from Palazzo Vecchio. The accommodation provides a lift and luggage storage space for guests. A nice room onto the Piazza Santo Spirito. Nice and close to most of the main attractions. The location was full of great bars and restaurants and had a lovely vibe. The host Filippo was great! Great communication throughout, very friendly and welcoming.

I stayed 2 nights in the Aurora Room, if I remember the name correctly. Very beautiful place, cozy room with private bathroom. There is a nice tub in the bedroom if you want to relax. I have everything I needed, such as conditioner , shampoo, hair dryer and so on. And as a guest , you can watch Netflix on the TV even I don’t have personal account.

Amazing view and its not on the main street so its quite all day. Samuela was just amazing in hospitality and support to make you really feel like you are in your own place and city. She would provide any support you can think of. Not many places in Florence comes with an elevator but this one had and comes with excellent air conditioning too.
