There were some mosquitoes, which is typical for Venice, so we recommend bringing a repellent or electric device to keep them away . Overall, a great experience!

Nice and calm hotel in excellent location in Venice. Host was very nice and welcoming..stones throw from main sights so you can pop back into hotel to freshen up before evening.

The units are equipped with heating facilities. Such an extraordinary beautiful place to stay! 2-3 km outside the old town, so you need a car for your stay. But parking was not an issue because there is a gated parking area on the yard. We had a suite for 4 persons and it was just stunning. So much space, big rooms and so stylish decor. The renovation obviosuly was cleverly designed. Even the elevator was placed so that none of the guest rooms shared a wall with it. We stayed after Christmas in winter but I would love to visit this place again during spring or autumn. As close to perfection I can imagine. I will never forget the star sky when we arrived.

The location is incredible - just out of the busy center and still walkable. Great places for aperitivo and lunch as well. Breakfast was great and Manuel and staff are very friendly. We had to leave early before breakfast and he made fresh croissants and coffee to go for us. It was clean and comfortable.
