The staff was friendly and helped us with local restaurant recommendations. The food was good and budget-friendly. The accommodation was good, and the internet worked well. There were a few mosquitoes, but aside from that, only positive comments.

Situated in Verona and with Castelvecchio Museum reachable within 600 meters, Verona Enjoy features express check-in and check-out, non-smoking rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi and a terrace. Verona Enjoy is a great place to stay if you plan on exploring the city. It's very close to the landmarks (only 10-20 minute walk, the bus also stops in front of the building). The location is excellent, there are shops and restaurants nearby, as well as the railway station. The room was very clean and maintained every morning. The bed was super comfortable. We especially enjoyed the shared terrace. Check-in was smooth and quick. We would definitely come again.

We originally planned to stay for just one night, but we liked it so much that we extended our stay for another day, and it was an excellent choice.

The place was clean, rooms were spacious and comfortable, and living room was nice and familiar. Breakfast was varied and big, the residence and surroundings are in a really safe location, plus it is nearby the most important sightseeings. Also, it's a very independent type of service where you get your own keys and no one is annoying you. There aren't any loud noises at any time, it's a very quiet neighborhood, and stuff is helpful. Definitely coming back in the future!

Residenza Elisabetta is conveniently located in the heart of Verona. Among the facilities at this property are a luggage storage space and free WiFi throughout the property. Great central location, very central and easy to get to from the station. The communication was brilliant, whatever question was answered quickly and friendly. There was somebody there to greet you and explain on the map where the sights are. That was a personal touch, one does not get often. A lovely room with a kitchenette to share with one other room. There was a coffee machine to use as well as water in the fridge (and good to have a fridge anyway!) and jam, toast etc at any time. In the morning a bag with fresh croissants and savories such as cheese, ham, salami. I really enjoyed having a relaxed breakfast in my room. I'd go back any time.
