The room is lovely, clean, confortable and matching the pictures. The best part of our stay is definitely our host! He is kind, always smiling, always willing to help and give recommendations on what to visit in the area and makes the most amazing breakfast in front of you with fresh food, fruits and drinks, different everyday! They both are lovely persons and we would have gladly extended our stay there! We highly recommend to stay at the Tide’s Tale and, should we find ourselves in Galle again, we will most definitely return there!

We stayed here for 7 nights and it was still too short. It is a walking distance to the beach where you can find sunbeds under palm trees and watch the sunset. Also the "beach boys" who rent out those sunbeds and make tours with you are a great crew, we had so much fun with them! Don't worry about the train noise. Yes, it's loud, but it my opinion it just belongs to Bentota and you will get used to it.

Room was very authentic and cozy with very good AC.

Hosts were very friendly and kind and they did their best for us, especially their daughter who speaks very good English and she helped us even with the informations we needed about our transportation. We have to mention also that they made for us a special breakfast from Sri Lanka that we wanted to try. We highly recommend this hotel for vacations!
