The family is super kind and does everything for you to enjoy your stay. They cooked the most amazing and authentic dinner for us and we even got a ride the next morning very early for us to be able to catch our train! Thanks to everyone <3

The property has mountain and city views, and is 2.6 km from Bogambara Stadium. Kandy City Center Shopping Mall is 2.8 km from the guest house and Kandy Royal Botanic Gardens is 3.7 km away. We enjoyed our stay here and we could have been here for a longer time. Owner was supernice, friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and big with a nice view. Shower got hot water and air quality was great (AC!). If we would have stayed for longer time we definatelly would have enjoyed the good kitchen, morning yoga and loundy service.

Helped us when we needed to get to ATM and order a transport to the airport. Highly reccomend!

First of all, the location is great if you plan to go Ambuluwawa Tower. Secondly, this is the most creative room I've ever seen! You may expect such details somewhere in hostels of Amsterdam or Bruxelles. And all this unusual stuff was created by owner's hands! Great giant bed, super cozy carpet, foldable table, nice bathroom with hot water and authentic materials. And a lot of green plants everywhere. The owner was super friendly and helpful.

I’ve travelled to many countries and stayed in some amazing accommodation and this is one of my favourite places of all time. A truly authentic and surreal experience. We felt like we’re staying in a colonial palace in the sky. Truly memorable and amazing experience. Incredibly relaxing and tranquil. I would come back to Sri Lanka just come back and stay at Villa Rosa! The staff were incredible, and very kind, and helpful. Food was authentic, high quality and delicious.
