Dar Hafsa is located in Fès. Free WiFi access is available. Each room here will provide you with air conditioning. Private bathroom also comes with a hairdryer. Extras include a fan. The owner, Abdul Kareem (if we recall his name correctly), was so hospitable and caring! Even though the property has been around since 2010, the rooms were well-maintained and very clean. Abdul Kareem also shared many many useful tips and tricks about Morocco and how to navigate the different cities, especially for first-timers like us. The breakfast was good and very traditionally Moroccan, with a good variety of breads, cup of yogurt, coffee and tea as well as some spreads. Location was also right smack in the medina, and the nearest carpark was about 10 minutes away - a bit of a windy road and our google maps wasn’t working too well in the medina. Overall highly recommended when in Fes; the hotel staff and owner are friendly and honest, not at all trying to hustle you like the rest of the touters in the medina streets of Fes.

The staff was exceptional from beginning to end: always ready to help with a smile, they were incredibly attentive. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast was a real treat to start the day off right, and the hotel is easily accessible with parking nearby, while also being located at the edge of the medina. We will definitely return and recommend the riad to our friends.

The service provided by Mahmoud was exceptional. He gave us great recommendations for places to eat, accompanied us to the train station, and even helped with our luggage.
