It’s located a short walk from the plaza de armas and right on the corner for the buses to Chan Chan ruins and the beach. The owner was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to make us comfortable and welcome.

The location right in front of the beach, the terrace with an amazing view, the kindness of everybody that works there. Long story short, booked two days and stayed two weeks.
