The apartment was spacious and clean, the check-in and all the information provided was easy and clear, and the location of the apartment is really close to the interesting places. It is really nice that the windows are on both sides of the building, it wasn't hot even when it was hot outside. The beds were very comfy. The blinds on the windows were really helpful since it was quite bright outside.

They are so welcoming and pamper guests from arrival to check-out and make you feel like part of the family in an easy-going cozy atmosphere and place. The BnB is a converted farmhouse/ barn with the most luxurious materials used, with respect to the place's history. We spent 2 nights in the converted horse stable in total luxury. An amazing bed and the quietness of the area (you are staying in the middle of the fields, yet not a long drive from the town of Ystad) ensured a great quality sleep. The owners are also very knowledgeable about the area and recommend restaurants, places of interest and shops on their boards. We had the feeling that not any question would be one too many for them. Breakfast was heavenly and with so much eye for detail. Clearly this place is run by people with a great passion and people who like to interact with their visitors! We will most definitely return and highly recommend Backadal Gård to others!

The property features inner courtyard views and is 32 km from Glimmingehus and 37 km from Ystad Zoo. The property was beautiful, confortable and cosy, as well as well located if you are planning to visit other villages such as Kivik or Brösarp. Ann and Peter (the hosts) were lovely. Breakfasts and travel suggestions provided were outstanding. The many homemade jams, breads, and other treats were most impressive. Quiet rural location with nice views and ample parking.

The host was friendly and welcoming with lots of helpful information about the local area and places to visit. Breakfast was delicious in a beautiful dining room looking out onto the courtyard.

There is a private entrance at the bed and breakfast for the convenience of those who stay. Parking on-site is available and the bed and breakfast also offers bike hire for guests who want to explore the surrounding area. It's a vey nice quiet space. The hosts are sweet and respectful. Food was amazing, home made.
