The guest house, set in a building dating from 1985, is 300 metres from Ljubljana Botanical Garden and 1.6 km from Cobblers' Bridge Ljubljana. Free private parking is available and the guest house also features bike hire for guests who want to explore the surrounding area. We liked that they thought of everything for a comfortable stay. Eg not only is there a communal coffee machine (+ tea etc) but there is soundproofing around the machine to minimise disturbance. These little details made us feel genuinely welcome. Exceptionally clean, comfortable furnishings, lots of accessories (hairdryer etc) and toiletries are provided. Overall it's clear that the hosts care about their guests' comfort. Excellent communication and great tips and places to see/visit/eat. Approx 20 minutes walk to the centre of Ljubljana along the road, or a bit longer via the scenic routes (the castle or river). We were able to request a parking spot but street parking is also easy in the area.

Until now, we avoided and did not rent this type of apartment with rooms that are shared with others. But we definitely changed our minds because we had a very good experience here. Everything was always clean, it had all the necessary equipment for everyday life, even more than needed. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary things. The rooms are nicely arranged. The cleaning lady comes in the morning and is so nice and kind.

Quite a boutique approach in the back yard of a mountain lodge. The room had all the comfort, the views were amazing and on top of this the restaurant had great traditional food (also pizza but try the ribs and the veal) at reasonable prices. Also Ljubliana's old city was easy to reach by car. And again, the staff was very, very nice.
