Fine food and cocktails are served on-site at l’Etoile, which serves dinner nightly. Breakfast baskets are delivered each morning between 8:00 and 8:15. They include fresh fruit, orange juice, coffee, overnight oat, curated egg dish and homemade sweet and savory pastries. We loved Alison our hostess. She was cheerful, super accommodating and helpful in ever way. We will definitely come back soon. xx

Great location walking distance to restaurants, coffee places, and to the lighthouse. Clean nice room with very quite A/C, comfortable beds, homemade breakfast, parking space for the car. Very nice staff.

We were attracted by the pool and the reviews of the delicious breakfasts, which were absolutely delicious and varied each day. Although we didn't have a car we enjoyed the walk through the suburb of Vineyard Haven to our gorgeous cocoon at Charles and Charles. The New England houses and gardens were a joy to behold. After a day of sightseeing, we enjoyed a dip in the pool to rejuvenate. We maximised the local buses to cover most of the island and found the drivers friendly. All the advice we received from Charles and Charles was really appreciated. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Rooms are uniquely decorated in bright colours and select rooms have balconies and all rooms offer cable TV, air conditioning and heating. The house is something out of a movie, so beautiful and full of history. The porch had rocking chairs and loved sitting there with a cup of tea listening to birds and reading books about Martha’s Vinyard history. We were lucky to have breakfast out on the porch before weather changed. Our room was small but had everything we needed, a comfortable bed, the best mattress i slept in a hotel and a very good shower. Loved the decor, we instantly relaxed and felt the peace in that place. Breakfast was so tasty, with choice of boiled eggs, delicious freshly baked muffins and fruit. Special thanks to Omar who looked after us and cooked most delicious scrambled eggs. He has such a calming and reassuring nature. We were caught in the storm from Atlantic which hit the island. Omar was so helpful trying to find out information and call the ferry company for us. We loved the history, charm and beautiful people who make this island so special. Thank you for looking after us.

The room is very tastefully decorated. Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Great view. The front desk lady is so kind and friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent WiFi. I enjoyed my stay and would love to stay here again.
