Everything was excellent. The welcome at the reception (at 1am), the facilities at the hotel, the breakfast. The staff was exceptional, (reception and breakfast ladies). The room was spacious, with all nice details (led lights under the bed, Japanese toilet, soft lights in the room), warm, plenty of space to put away your luggage. It smelled wonderful throughout the whole hotel. Safe area, walking distance to all touristic spots, good restaurants in the area. Spotless clean. What made it extra special, were the complimentary drinks you get at the reception (softdrinks, coffee, prosecco or wine) as a hotelguest. And upon check out, you get a nice gift. It was a wonderful experience, from beginning to end. Thank you Olga, Samuel, and the rest of the staff. I will recommend this hotel to everyone.
