Bed was clean & comfortable but room coffee machine did not work and staff did nothing to help us enjoy our coffee in the morning just that they will let maintenance know about the problem. We had to pay $8.00 at restaurant next to hotel. This is unacceptable and I will be canceling my account and will not be patronizing Best Western Hotels in the future.
Nothing. After driving for 8 hrs, we looked forward to a much-needed test. Instead, the clerk would not honor our reservation. She said our two dogs needed to be a combination of 50 lbs. Total bullshit! We were honest when making the booking that we had two dogs. We stay at Best Westerns because they allow dogs. She said every BW is private and can make any policy they choose. This makes no sense. What use is this to consumers who want a reliable experience a franchise should provide?
it was a convenient location for us. We were traveling for an event and it was easy access to the highway. the room was clean and comfortable and we really appreciated the breakfast and snacks and drinks in the lobby it was a very good value. we compared notes with family who stayed elsewhere and Best Western came out on top.
Aiden by Best Western South reno has just been remodeled. The rooms are very modern and quite comfortable. There is coffee available in the lobby most of the day.
Mattress, location, nightly room price generally better than nearby casinos who include resort taxes of approximately $40.00 in addition to their nightly rates, as well as Best Western and local Motel 6 facilities.×#x
Room was on par with an average best western. Our room was semi dirty an old fingernail by the bed. With a 250.00 night price it was definitely location.....
This Best Western was very clean and sanitized. The rooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. I would definitely come back when visiting Reno.
Not comfortable at all. Stayed two nights ago on way up to my destination. Refrigerator didn’t work, landline was dead, took three sets of keys to get into my door. Waited half hour for check in. Hot water super slow,pillows very uncomfortable. On return trip asked for discount because of first stay. All they would do was give me a free breakfast. Oh, and A/C very noisy. No coffee in lobby. Worst best western I’ve ever stayed at.
Best western was very very clean and I was impressed. It was in a part of town where things were accessible but not in the heart of town where there was a lot of people. The pool and hot tub was amazing! Me and my family will def return to this place! Beds were also very comfortable and room was very very clean.
