    I liked the cleanliness of the hotel, I have been to some that reek of cigarettes even though they claim to be non smoking. So I am very glad that Best Western was true to that! The room smelled fresh, there was plenty to do, its super close to Laguna Niguel regional park!

    This is a very tired motel. Room was clean but carpet frayed. Door had gaps around it where light and wind came through. Breakfast food was good as was the building used to provide it. Pool looked good but the storms prevented use. I have always associated Best Western with clean, up-to-date facilities but not after this trip.

    I love this particular Best Western Property! & that is because the staff has exceptional customer service. Our room was clean spacious and beds we’re comfortable! Microwave and Mini Fridge included which is great. Our room had a patio which we utilized throughout our stay
