I called to cancel and surprisingly they acepted my request, I ended up in best western a couple of bucks more but it was what I asked for. it was worth it!!PerezSolo traveler

I HAVE STAYED IN BEST WESTERN HOTEL IN SANTA BARBARA, CA. BEFORE WHICH WAS NICER.
