Our room was amazing - very large with a balcony with a view of the river, luxurious robes and slippers, towel heater, first rate toiletries, and even a towel swan and rose petals on the bed. The front desk staff, particularly Lucas, was extremely helpful and welcoming. would definitely stay here again!
