Probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in Indonesia. Everything was excellent, from how welcoming and polite the staff were (reception, doormen, restaurant, and room service) , to the comfort of the rooms - my stay was extremely enjoyable and will be staying here again the next time I return to Bandung. Situated 1 km from ITC Mangga Dua shopping centre, Best Western Mangga Dua Hotel and Residence features an outdoor pool and a free shuttle service to popular shopping areas. During our wonderful stay at the Best Western Mangga Dua hotel, we were always helped by the lobby staff, especially Ben & Danny. We even received a free upgrade to a more luxurious room with a beautiful view over Jakarta. The breakfast is very good and there is a lot of choice. I look forward to my next stay.

The breakfast was excellent with a great variety and delicious options to start the day. The room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable, and I really appreciated the extra pillow — such a thoughtful touch! The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help, making my stay even more pleasant.
