We booked at the very last moment on a drive through France. The owner responded immediately and was excellent. It was something different to stay afloat and we enjoyed our short time there. Supermarket and petrol station with 2 minutes drive and great restaurants in the nearby town.

It was a special experience to sleep on a floating cottage. We loved the jaccuzi and the surroundings of nature. The location is great, direct connection to Dijon by car and walking distance from Ouges.

The hosts welcomed us with very short notice when we were trapped by the weather in France on our way through to Switzerland. They went out of their way to help us find the place in the dark, and to help us with turning on the heating etc. We are very grateful and hope to return at another date when we have more time to enjoy the cosy cottage
