It was fun being right on the water and having Free Parking right above it. One can walk to the bus stop or a large grocery store. Owner was responsive and friendly. He had an espresso machine, milk, coffee, bread, butter, and jam, all on hand for our use. We even cooked our dinner in the kitchen on the burner and in a small toaster oven. There is a wooded sitting area that is enjoyable and a security gate with a lock. We felt safe. Bring your eye masks as there are no drapes and perhaps ear plugs since the road is nearby.

THE PROPERTY IS A HOUSEBOAT ON THE Seine, hence expect rowers, canoeists, ducks & swans on one side & local walkers & joggers next to boat on path on the landward side. There was little noise. Located in Zone 2 of Paris, so a little complicated with tickets for trams & RER (train) getting into Zone 1 Paris. Easier with bus. You have to bring all food similar to any rental property.

The boat itself is amazing. Gorgeous view. Port Marly is charming. Check in and out process was easy. There's a huge Emmaus thrift store just next door.
