The location was superb, being close to all the transportation, ie trains, buses and boats. Also within a few minutes' walk from the river, famous bridge and the old town.

The hotel is lovely and in an amazing location. The lake boats stop is just next to the hotel and the train up to Mount Rigi is less than a minutes walk away. The staff were very helpful both in the hotel and at the tourist office next to the train stop. The views over the lake are stunning. The hotel provide a visitor pass for your stay, which includes free transport around Lake Lucene.

Property in a great central location, easy walk to the boat service, bars and restaurants nothing is far away in Weggis. Good sized outside area and swimming pool right on the lakes edge. Only used the hotel restaurant once for dinner, the service and food were very good.

The location was ideal to walk about Luzern and well as hop on trains and boats to visit different parts of Switzerland. The view from the windows were amazing. We are able to make day trips to various locations across Switzerland with east. The Swiss rail system is stop on. Buy a Travelpass!

Amazing location right off the river with a great view of the Chapel bridge and river from the room. Multiple restaurants downstairs, many shops and stores as well as public transport (bus, boat as well as train) at very walkable distances makes this a perfect location for staying in the main city part of Luzern.

Nice staff with great comunication and willingness to help. Great view on the lake from all the places: breakfest restarant, room ,terrase. Few meters away from boat and funicular stations

Location of the hotel is amazing. Just 5 - 7 minutes walk from main train, bus and boat station. Room size is decent. Lots of restaurants and pubs nearby. Also just opposite the Chappel Bridge.

The hotel was located close to the bus stop,to the supermarket Coop,to all the boutiques, to the pier for a boat tour. Wifi was working good. Breakfast was very good, lots of options. The breakfast area was big and very clean. The elevator was slow but functionable. The TV was working with a lot of channels. They changed the towels daily.

The location and the views from the room overlooking the lake & boat house are beautiful and serene . Lovely rooms. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. 7 min beautiful walk to bus that takes you to luzern central in 15 min . So perfect set up
