What truly makes this boat special though, and sets it apart from other house boats, is the unique top deck. The top deck had comfy furniture and areas to sit in the sun or in the shade. The design allows the airflow to keep you cool as the boat sailed. We opted for 3 days, 2 nights and were glad we did so. This allowed us to sail down quieter backwaters on the second day and to see local life as we went past (most house boats that do just one night take the same busy route). The food was absolutely delicious and plentiful, much of it Keralan cuisine. You won't regret booking with Why Not, we considered it excellent value and a truly special experience. We can wholeheartedly recommend.

The boat was very clean and well prepared. The backwaters were incredibly beautiful. We also bought crab on the way and the chef Anthony was very happy to cook it. Everything was perfect. We had an early flight back and they were nice to call a taxi at a different location so that we reach airport on time
