Be mindful of the difference between casa rayo verde and casa congo. I didn't pay attention while booking and ended up being quite disappointed as the standards are very different. Thanks to Jorge and his great customer service, we were able to enjoy our weekend. Casa Congo is lovely and it was easy to book a boat tour from the hotel. The food served in the restaurant is simple but fresh and tasty.

The location is very good. The ease of leaving the car and the boat trip is very practical. The staff was very good and the food was delicious.

The property was adequate for what we wanted as we needed to be at Shelter Bay to catch a boat. It was simple and the restaurant was quite good.

Really fun place to take kids. It was a $30-40 Uber from Panama City. There is a lot to do here. The tours cost extra but we all liked the Aerial tram and Gatun monkey boat tour best. The free night safari was short but fun. Overall we saw lots of monkeys. caipybara, caiman and birds. The pool is relaxed and the buffet meals had something for everyone.

Breakfast buffet was good. Pool was very large and beautiful. Staff was very pleasant. Enjoyed monkey island boat ride and aerial cable car.

Fabulous location, staff very laidback and helpful. we had a room with a balcony and see view. Wifi is excellent all over the property. No pressure to scuba dive, though they must have at least 6 boats. Buses stop right outside. We travelled from Porobello to Santa Catalina door to door was about 11 hours but the first bus from Portobello was at 4:20am

very friendly staff, great location, nice atmosphere almost like at home. they have helped us with having boat on our trip from island, organized a tour around islands and suggested great places around island!
