The views were spectacular, even though it wasn’t the best weather. To walk through the front door and see that spectacular view was indescribable. The view from the main bedroom was the same. Such a warm and welcoming place to stay. The owners were also very accommodating and kind.

I was in need of total rest. The Park gave me that opportunity. It was quiet even though there were a lot of children around. I liked the mix of young families and 'grey haired nomads'. I liked that there were facilities catering to many diverse needs. Mini-golf for enjoyment by young and old; great play areas for children, including beach volley ball. Next visit I'm hoping to feel well enough to use the pool. Riverside and beach walks inviting even for the least energetic traveler.

Everything! The location was perfect, right across the road from the beach. A minute's walk to lovely cafes, shops and restaurants. The area has a lovely family vibe and on the Sunday morning we watched the Nippers on the beach. Loved the sunrise and watching the surfers. Very peaceful. This was a much needed short break and we will definitely be back. The apartment was outstanding and everything we needed was there.

    Villa Riviera was excellent. The location right on the waters edge was lovely. The decor was very tastefully done. The owners had thought of everything to make the stay enjoyable. From large serving platters and bowls to fishing rods and bait in the freezer. The cupboards were stocked with tea, coffee, sugar, oils and vinegar and the list goes on. The price was very reasonable for what you got. Would definitely stay there again.

    An amazing spot right on the river and within walking distance of town. There were lots of wildlife to watch and admire, and having breakfast and lunch on the back deck was sensational. Nice and quiet. A perfect blend of city comfort and facilities with a real homey feel to the villa. Villa is stocked with absolutely everything you might need!
