Cleanliness, well thought-out spatial arrangement of rooms, very well trained staff to assist you. (Helps if you have a translation app on your phone for the french) There are at least 2 ACs per apartment: one in the living room and one in your bedroom. There are different keys 🔑 for your apartment entrance, the corridor door and your bedroom door. Security is on the mind of the owners. Each apartment has their dedicated wifi connection. It’s not a gaming streamer level connection but it’s enough for communication needs. The surrounding area of the building is bustling with traffic and therefore noisy but as soon as you close the door 🚪 of your apartment, you find the calm you need. Each window is equipped with a mosquito net so my wife and I had no problem with mosquitoes. We also used repellents in the apartment and on our skins. Each apartment is equipped with its hot water tank. Overall very pleasant stay.

Just two words: Great Location ! And I would add, great staff to help you enjoy your stay & perfect accessibility to go around Cotonou. The facility takes the extra mile to confirm your little stay requirement by phone days before arrival, even though the online communication was ongoing with day/hours delay. People there are professionals and very helpful. They will take the initiative to make your stay a smooth and pleasant one. You just need to communicate. I really wish they will have room for me when I next return to Cotonou. Also, the leader of the facility is hands-on, and can take initiative beyond your expectations. Lastly, the food suggested to me by the likable staff a the counter was beyond my expectations as well. I like that place very much!

The host was the nicest host I ever met. It was a late booking but he made sure we were helped through the check-in process and our four heavy luggages were taken to the apartments. The apartment was pretty good considering the price. All amenities worked perfectly. It is located just 10 minutes to the airport. We felt very safe and comfortable in the area. The host went through his way to come around 01:00 am to drive us at the airport free of charge. He also recommended some places to see during our two days in Cotonou. The nicest host ever!
