I have no negative things to say about the apartment. Everything was perfect from the apartment itself to the view of the lake and the location that was 3 walking minutes away from the train station and about 15 walking minutes to the center of Lugano. Free parking was available. Every small and big details were thought of and provided for us. I’ll certainly come back again.

I like the idea of self check in & out with clear instructions . The apartment is very clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is free private car parking as mentioned. Definitely I will consider it if I plan to come again.

Perfect location, close to Lugano but still in a very quite neighborhood, just at the edge of the woods, steps away from the nature. The host is super kind and caring. Her children has even prepared some Halloween gifts for me, which is just lovely. The apartment is impeccably clean and there's everything one might need. Oh and the private parking is just the cherry on the top of the cake. I have had a very relaxing stay. 10/10.

very modern, spacious, well appointed, large balcony. high tech appliances, excellent wifi reception. staff extremely helpful, responded quickly to all our questions. someone is on-site in the reception office until 10 pm. check in easy. number 5 city bus stops at the front door and goes downtown within minutes. but easy walk directly to lakefront takes less than 10 minutes and is safe.
