This hotel was very beautiful, in a beautiful old building with great historic features. But our room was modern and cozy, not old-fashioned at all, with floor heating for toasty feet. It was also maybe the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. They also made late check-in very easy. If I were ever in Cochem again, I would stay here for sure.

The location is on the other side of the river, but it’s a short, lovely walk to all things in the old town. It was a wonderful place to retire after long days of hiking. Edmund was a super friendly host, and the room was spacious and clean. The bed and shower were great and we had a wonderful sleep. The apartment is very close walking to town, and ,cochem is just adorable. We would definitely stay here again. It's an old house as you can see from the photos, but it's immaculately kept and is better than its photos show. The free parking in the secure garage underneath was a huge bonus.
