I have travelled to 5 touristic countries in the past year and have written 30 + reviews about hotels and excursions during the past few months and I am rarely impressed, long story short , extremely well organized , will exceed your expectation I would have given it 12/10 if I could , The villa is even nicer than the photos , my only regret was that I couldn’t extend our stay any further due to prior villa reservations , although we are in the hottest month in the northern hemisphere yet throughout the day in this sea+ lake view villa you don’t really need any air conditioning with the natural sunny weather with a lazy sea breathe , you have plenty of terraces, BBQ facilities , fully equipped kitchen , board games , beach books and magazines , 2 air conditioned bedrooms , multiple sofa beds and plenty of beddings and linens , multiple floors for people requiring separate family/ friends terrace spaces , what was exceptional is that the owner herself came to meet and help us with the formalities as well as showing us around with all that you could ever think of perks , usually non-hotel facilities don’t have that much/divergent toiletries , all you could need of over the counter medications, pain killers , anti allergic meds , creams for mosquito bites ( by the way there were ZERO mosquitoes !! ) ,both my wife and my three daughters acknowledged that the hair dryers , straighteners … were top notch , I personally liked the well chosen furniture, this is a place the owner has created for her own family leisure then decided to share this beautiful beach triplex

My family and I loved our stay! The property was really lovely and the terrace + the weather combination was so nice we didn't want to go anywhere else in Marina! The property owner and his assistant were extremely welcoming and their swift responses to our inquiries and needs were extremely appreciated ❤️ Would definitely recommend!

    1. Mr. Hesham (the owner) is a kind person. 2. Good sea view for 2 rooms only and at the roof. 3. Near to the beach, less than 5 minutes of walking. 4. The beach is nice and clean. 5. There is a card allowing us to have 3 fre chairs at the beach, and every extra chair is for only 10 EGP. 6. The village is a bit nice and quit.
