All are good. We were looking for an apartment near Atocha Train Station. And we found Bob. We did hesitate a bit that the real room and the pictures online could be completely different.. However for some reason, we booked for 2 nights. The first impression was online check in system. Then the room was exactly the same in the pictures. Good job Bob 👏 We do recommend this place!

everything was great. amazing stay and would definitely come back if Im ever again in Madrid. super spacious room, clean bathroom, comfortable bed, FULL of amenities and appliances (even a washer and a dishwasher!!). location was fantastic and hotel staff extremely friendly - even got a complimentary tapas at the rooftop bar one night.

Everything was perfect. The staff was really nice, the kitchen was well equipped (besides the listed kitchen appliances there are biscuits, cereals, milk, tea, and coffee). After a long walk it is relaxing to soak our feet in the pool.

The kitchen make good use of compact space so every thing is ordered pretty well. This also ensure large space in living room and washing room The location is great. I can see the small hill and garden from my windows. Only several mins to walk to Debo's temple and Spanish Plaza. 10 mins walk to Spanish Palace. Several good restaurants, coffees and supermarkets nearby Last but not least, 2 thumbs to the 24 hours front desk service.

    A great location just steps from Puerto Del sol and five minutes from Plaza mayor. Just a bit further and you are at the Gran Villa. A tourist visitor to Madrid could not ask for a better location. The room was exceptionally clean, although tiny. But it was certainly comfortable by European standards. Although I am traveling solo, a couple could get by here with no problem. They may have a larger space for a small family.

    For the price, this is a very convenient, clean place to stay. Very close to the airport, yet in a sweet little village-type community. Short walk to several great eating establishments. I had an excellent 'menu del dia' at one of them. Shuttle was timely and very convenient.

    Location was amazing right in the shopping area of Gran Villa, known as the “Spanish Broadway”! Metro was a 2 minute walk. The room was super clean and decorated to a great standard. Couldn’t of asked for anything more for one night in Madrid. Highly recommend.

    Warm friendly welcome on arrival into our lovely holiday home. The house had everything you'd need to relax and unwind after a day exploring the city or in our case attending the ifema, which it is perfectly situated for. Communication between the host was good and the small issue we had with the heating was quickly resolved.
