EVERYTHING was as advertised...and beyond our expectations. Our host was most excellent with informing us of how to make the most of time on Skye...which we really appreciated. The cottage notebook was clear and informative...as was the travel books also provided by the host. This is a place I will certainly return to as well as suggest to my friends and family as one of peace, beauty. and the best water I've ever tasted!!!

The place was beautiful and everything was there that we needed We were delighted by the lovely cake when we arrived and milk for our coffee was a nice touch. The view of the harbour was lovely and we could walk to the train.

beautiful view of the harbour and it was so cozy! it was a last minute booking and we really lucked out getting to stay here. Sharon is lovely and so hospitable. the breakfast she made us was delicious and all the facilities were great. we felt very at home here:)

The location was amazing, over looking the loch. The host had supplied fresh eggs from her hens, local cheese, oatcakes aswell as some local beer. Lots of information supplied in a book in the lodge along with maps. Fully stocked with everything you could need. The lodge was very clean. The sheep's, hens and other animals all come up to the lodge which we thoroughly enjoyed. A break away from internet and distractions was a dream.
