Our room was quiet and pretty. It had everything we needed. Martina was very accommodating and because there was no one booked in our room on our day of departure, she said we could stay till early afternoon.

The staff was amazing: very helpful and kind. Breakfast was lovely with homemade treats and gluten-free options. The split-level room was good for a couple traveling with dogs (but not ideal if you get up in the night as the ladder is a bit steep). The restaurant on site was very good and the members of staff were friendly.
