The house is not on the beach, but we prefer it that way because it was easy to get to the beach and the hills at the same time.

Nicely renovated, charming house, with aircon and a comfy swimming pool with crystalclear water. The host is very nice, she prepared a bottle of Prosecco and dessert for us which we enjoyed after a long drive when we arrived. Coffee was available for us during our whole stay. The location of the apartment is excellent if you arrive by car. Nice view from the garden, a few minutes drive from Viareggio which has a long beach suitable for families. Local shop and a coffeshop is also close by. There is free parking. I would come again.

The kitchen got more utensils than you usually get. Extra point for the possibility to make a laundry at the place. The swimming pool was great (eco friendly) as well as surroundings of it such as grill, table tennis, table football, Bluetooth speakers and Wi-Fi.
