It is a retro-style Japanese house from the Showa period. I don't think there are any other lodgings where you can experience this atmosphere except here.The bath is especially good.

Highly recommend, the gentle elderly couple that owns this place are great people. We booked the bbq dinner set and was able to make our own takoyakis for the first time. Facilities were clean, spacious and we had everything we needed. What I like most is how close it is to the river/nature. Sitting at the terrace eating breakfast was on of the highlight for me this trip. Highly recommend the bbq set!! (Lots of variety of food, pork, chicken, beef, salmon, soup, takoyakis, skewer stick thing)
